Petecki I. Formation and development of the management system of machine-building enterprise's individually ordered products

The management system of an machine-building product enterprise is a research object. The purpose of the work is to develop theoretical and methodical positions of formation and development of the management systems of an individual order products enterprise. The author uses the methods of expert estimations, time-study, net planning, and others like that, with usage of software and specialized facilities. Theoretical values have the rules of the improvement of the production management systems, methods, classification and terminology. Theoretical and methodical positions are the scientific novelty in relation to the improvement of the management systems of an individual order product enterprise. The main article of the research is methodical and applied rules of development of the individual order product enterprises' management systems. Suggestions of author are used in activity of enterprise of metal and plastic products, with the purpose of rationalization of operations management and in the educational process of Lviv Polytechnic National University in relation to the use of innovative administrative decisions in production. The enterprises of individual and small serial production as well as related structures of industry organizations are the sphere of the use of the author's suggestions.
