The Thesis is denoted the improvement theoretical and applied aspects of shaping financial-economic mechanism of financing to modernizations of enterprises of area of shipbuilding in Ukraine. In work is determined contents of principles of building and is presented conceptual scheme of structure financial-economic mechanism of modernization of shipbuilding enterprises, accordingly which is formed system of methods of financial flow management.
