In this dissertation work generalised results of three-years researches, which expose influence of different methods of basic soil tillage on potential infestation of plough-land, crops infestation, on the thickness of soil, content of agronomically valuable aggregates and reserves of productive moisture in typical black soil, on growth, development and productivity of oats and potatoes. The plants, extracts of which influence the germination of weeds are defined. Influence of different soil types on the germination of weed seeds is determined. Influence of the investigated methods of basic soil tillage on the productivity of oats and potatoes and economic efficiency indexes of their growing is found out. Due to the results of research the system of allopelagic of main tillage of soil in short-term crop rotation has been recommended.
