Dudkin P. Management-economic mechanism of the innovation-logistic systems development in the education-scientific-production complex

Object – innovation-logistic process which take place in the system of functioning of the education-scientific-production complexes. Objective – to interpret theoretical foundation of creation and functioning management of innovation-logistic systems in the education-scientific –production complexes, development of the practical recommendations as the improvement of the management-economic mechanism of their development. Methods – systematic, comparative, structural factor, euristic, graphic analysis, expert estimations, economic-mathematic modeling. Results – application of the complex system of the educational institutions functioning management based on the standard regulations, the model of the Technology Transfer Center, have been proposed. Novelty – development of the theoretical basis and creation of new conceptual approaches and recommendations as to the improvement of the management-economic mechanism of the innovation-logistic systems development in the education-scientific-production complex.
