Strilech G. Genesis of the System of Forensic Expert Institutions in Ukraine and Orientations of Their Activity

The thesis is devoted to the research into genesis (origin, development and formation of the system of judicial expert institutions in Ukraine: Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Health, State Security Service, Road Patrol Service as well as their present-day system and structure. The work shows the concepts, main directions, tasks and features of judicial and expert activity, analysis of its classification which are in judicial expert institutions and also suggests its own classification of judicial expertise. Major orientations of this activity are its legal regulation, conduct of judicial examinations upon assignments of various structures, judicial experts selection and training, scientific, methodological and informational provision.
