Object - processes of re-structuring of seaports of Ukraine. The purpose - working out of organizational-methodical bases of realisation of re-structuring of seaports of Ukraine. Methods - the analysis-synthesis of results and a retrospective show, logiko-analytical, scientific abstraction, economic-mathematical modelling. Novelty - theoretical generalisation of essence of re-structuring of the enterprises of port activity, working out of methodical bases of realisation of re-structuring. Result - deepening theoretical basis, the new complex approach and improvement of methodical bases of carrying out of re-structuring of the enterprises of port system of Ukraine. It is introduced - the Odessa national sea university at teaching discipline: «The Internal economic mechanism of the enterprise», «Economic safety of the enterprises of sea transport».
