Object - proces formations of the mechanism of a sustainable development of fish industry the enterprises. The purpose - development of ways and ways of management of competitiveness of the fishing enterprises taking into account influence of external factors. Methods - the system analysis, logic scenarios, decomposition and the morphological analysis, the theory of indistinct multipliers and sinergism. Novelty - the new decision of a scientifically-applied problem on creation of the organizational-economic mechanism of competitiveness of fishing manufactures. Result - creation of the organizational-economic mechanism on maintenance of competitiveness of the fishing enterprises. It is introduced - Berdyansk fish combine, Genichesky fish-canning combine, Genichesky fish collective farm "Ревхвиля", Kherson national of terhnic university, the State committee of a fish economy.
