Object – process of research and introducyion of strategic planning problems in conditions of investment and innovation development of food industry corporative enterprises. Purpose – research theoretical and conceptional attitude, scientific and practical recommendations as for the ground and model of key parameters of strategic planning of food industry corporative enterprises development. Methods – dialectical and abstract-logical,economical and mathematical, statistical, quantitative comparison, SWOT-analysis, graphic. Results – it was proposed thetheoretical generatization and new solution of scientific-applied of strategic planning parameters introduction of corporative enterprises development. Innovation - exploitation of theoretical propositions and conceptual ground of recommendations with regard to strategic planning parameters inrtoduction of food industry corporative enterprises development. Introduction – in scientific-research works in corporative enterprises activity, educational process.
