Lytvyn I. Venture organizations management in economy sectors of machinery, devices and equipment

The research object is the venture organizations activity in machine-building. The purpose of the research consists in the theoretical approaches and applied recommendations to the machine-building venture organizations management system forming. Methods of the research: comparative analysis, systematization and generalization, system approach, methods of expert estimations, economic and mathematical modelling, analysis and synthesis. Methodical recommendations of potential individual and institutsional investors attractiveness evaluation and recommendations of potential individual and institutsional investors choice by innovative enterprises are offered. Methodical recommendations from the evaluation of economic efficiency of the venture projects, methodical recommendations of internal ventures planning and organization on large machine-building enterprises are improved and perfected. Methodical recommendations in relation to an analysis and choice of directions, forms of venture activity organization by a three-dimensional model and two-dimensional matrices of venture projects choice and their strategies realization are developed. In dissertation the classification of types of venture enterprises and venture funds is complemented, determination concepts of main key terms in venture business are developed, the forms of venture enterprise in a domestic machine-building complex are discovered and identified.
