Research object. Economic processes of state administration by development of fuel and energy complex as a key constituent of national economy in the conditions of forming of sole European power market and transition of Ukraine on the innovative model of development. Research purpose. Development of conceptual approaches of improvement of organizational-economic mechanism of state administration by the fuel and energy complex of Ukraine in the conditions of forming of single European energorinka and transition on the innovative model of development. Research methods. Dialectical, supervision and theoretical generalization, history and logical, comparative analysis, design and constructing, statistical. Practical value of the got results. The results of analysis of materials and methodical positions expounded in dissertation are taken to the stage which enables to use them in practical activity of organs of regional power and major concerns of fuel and energy complex. A novelty consists in the theoretical ground and development of conceptual approaches to the improvement of state administration by development of fuel and energy complex for the decline of VVP power capacity and rise of stake of consumable renewing primary power resources, that determines possibilities of growth of welfare of population in the conditions of globalization In particular by an author, classification of factors which provide the rise of specific gravity of renewing types of power resources in general balance of their consumption with the orientation on a tendency in European Union is grounded. Factors which after the entry of Ukraine in Worldwide Auction Organization and steady world price advance on power resources can stabilize a situation on internal power market are selected.
