Research object. Economic processes of government control, retentive transformation of national economy, in particular transport infrastrukturi, where a key the system forms role is executed by marine ports. Research purpose. Theoretical ground and development of basic directions of improvement of government control of activity of transport infrastrukturi in the context of international division and co-operation of labour, which determines the vector of development of national economy. Research methods. Theoretical generalizations and comparisons, dialectical, different types of analysis and synthesis, logical design, statistical, method of expert estimations. The practical value of got an author results of dissertation research consists in their introduction in organization of management, adjusting by industry of marine transport, that will provide his competitiveness both on internal, and at the external market of transport services. A novelty consists in the ground of conceptual positions of improvement of the modern system of government control of national economy and marine transport as specific making transport infrastrukturi of country. In particular by an author, maintenance of process of improvement of the system of government control of economy is first definite as by the constituent of part of economic mechanism which appropriately develops in a koevolyutsionnoy form and intercommunication with market self-regulation, with influencing of monopolies and social institutes, at the increasing role of external international factors, purposeful on achievement of steady innovative development of national economy. The results of dissertation are used in work of Ministry of Economy of the Autonomous Republic Crimea, Feodosiyskogo Marine Auction Port. Separate positions of dissertation are inculcated in an educational process.
