An object is process of videodata provisioning, which used during process and pass of data in telecommunication system. The purpose is developing of methods of compres-sion of videoinformation without any loses of data on the bases of reduction of combinatory surplus for good time to process and pass in telecommunication system. Methods are methods of theory of the difficult systems, ma-thematical statistics, structural analysis of images, probability and combinatorics analysis, information and connection theory, systems of treatment and reflection of information theory.
