Matviy I. Outsourcing of logistic business-functions of a machine-building enterprise

The object of the research is the process of taking outsourcing decisions concerning logistical business functions, the subject of this research is the totality of theoretical and methodical bases and applied problems concerning outsourcing usage in logistics of domestiс machine-building enterprises. The methods of the research: methods of system analysis, induction and deduction; methods of economic and mathematical, statistical, comparative analysis; method of economic and mathematical modelling; a graphic method. The classification of machine-building enterprise outsourcing decisions and systematization of outsourcing kinds are further developed in this work, the classification of logistic operators has been improved. The methodical approaches concerning decision-making of contract outsourcing introduction have been improved, the concept ?a strategic pliability of enterprise logistical business-functions selection? has been substantiated, the methods of outsourcing decision-making substantiation on the basis of decision-making threshold calculation have been developed. The results of this research have been implemented in the work of machine-building enterprises of the western region of Ukraine and in educational process. The sphere of usage: economics and management of machine-building enterprises.
