In the Dissertation there was developed a structural model for the mechanism of management of machine-building enterprise foreign economic activity that allows to prove necessity of connection of the internal control and an external estimation of efficiency for enterprise exit on foreign markets on the basis of comparison of actual values of indicators with their standard level. Its action is provided with the balanced system of the purposes, tasks, functions of management, methods, factors and criteria of an estimation of a management efficiency.
