In dissertation the integral system of determination of efficiency and prices for new mashines and equipment is formed, antivitratniy approach is developed to prices formation. By the elements of novelty followings: at first suggested to exclude from the methods of determination annual economic effect and top limit of cost of size of user's overhead expenses at the using of new machine; the method of calculation of lower limit of price of new machine, calculation of the limited price and cost of sale, is improved. Suggestion on allocation of overhead expenses charges, determination of complete prime value and profitability of new machine purchased subsequent development.
