Object - process of development of the system of manage enterprises of port activity in market conditions. Purpose - development organizationally methodical bases of the effective analytical providing of process of development of enterprises of port activity of Ukraine. Methods - the analysis-synthesis of results and a retrospective show, logical-analytical, theories of statistics, scientific abstraction. Novelty-developed organizationally methodical bases of forming of the system of the analytical providing of process of development of enterprises of port activity of Ukraine taking into account the features of internal and external environment of their functioning. Result - organizational-economicаl bases of the analytical providing of process of estimation of results of development of business-processes of port enterprise.
