Object - the process of forming of the tool of providing of development of shipbuilding enterprises in Ukraine. Purpose - forming of methodological bases and practical recommendations of setting of strategy of development of shipbuilding enterprises in the system of national marine complex of Ukraine. Methods – economical, mathematical, system and statistical analysis, modeling. At first the priority directions of development of shipbuilding enterprises in Ukraine are defined. Result – the model of mechanism of system of shipbuilding enterprises’ management in the network of entire marine complex of Ukraine is worked out. It is inculcated – The main economics department of Nikolaev region state administration. Sphere of use - economic and management of shipbuilding enterprises.
