Samoylovska V. Organizational economic terms of the effective development’ ensuring of the Ukrainian navigable companies

An object is processes of course of business in the auction navigation of Ukraine. A purpose is development of methodical bases and practical рекоментаций in relation to providing of effective development of navigable companies of Ukraine on the basis of perfection экономико of organizational terms at chartering of tonnage. Methods are an economic analysis, probability theory and mathematical statistics, risk theory, theory of mass service. A novelty is theoretical and methodical positions which behave to the ground and choice of organizational forms and methods of increase of efficiency of management development of navigable companies taking into account the features of mechanism of chartering of tonnage.Result - экономико mathematical models can be used for the strategic planning of economy of country taking into account a transport industry in an obvious kind; the method of estimation of risks is developed at determination of custom cost of loads; "Conception of participation of subjects of foreign economic activity is developed in development of national navigable companies". It is inculcated - at development of research theme "Basic directions of improvement of control the system by quality on the enterprises of marine transport"; at teaching of disciplines "transport-technological processes are in custom activity", "Intermodal'nye of transportation", "Management risks on a marine transport" in the Odessa national marine university. Industry is a marine transport, higher education.
