KRAVChENKO P. The institutional factor of optimization of sea port development

The investigation directs to marking of institutional modes of efficiency of development and functioning of sea port complex of the country on basis of optimization of the organizational structure and property relations. Analyzed the present system of relations of sea ports according to macroeconomic interests and entrepreneurial tasks. Defined the world tends of development of stevedore market subject to globalization processes. Exposed the features of sea port development that achieved the most successes in the reformatory approaches for attracting investments and cargo traffic. Analyzed the present problems and trends of forming of optimal port, structure in the current context of institutional reformatting. The basis results of this theses are:- the development of strategic approaches to the ground of optimal institutional relations in sea port complex of Ukraine subject to the disputable interests in the economic and manager institutions;- the presentation of methodical approaches to estimation of results of sea port development subject to institutional reforming and in compliance with the interests of macroeconomic and entrepreneurial levels;- the substantiation of tools of institutional reforming that aimed at sea port competitive firmness according to measure of effectiveness of consolidation and expansion of fields.
