Ivanilov O. Principle of Alternativeness and His Influence on Development of Theory and Practices of Modernization of the Political Systems

Dissertation is devoted research of theoretic-conceptual bases and role of Principle of Alternativeness in modernization of the political system. On the basis of study of wide complex of scientific sources and literature the methodological instrument of Principle of Alternativeness is described. It is chosen as making components: determination, essence, approaches, functions, forms and methodical tool. The special attention applies on lighting the features of political modernization of Ukraine in the context of democratic transformations. The row of recommendations is offered in regard to optimization of the political system of Ukraine in connection with the mechanism of action of Principle of Alternativeness.
