Ionizing sources of building technology and ionizing radiation background produced by them in the premises of buildings, protective measures for providing radioactive properties of buildings taking into account the innovational tendencies of modern construction. Modern conception of radioactive protection of the human and the place of radioactive properties of buildings, built into during the design stage, in it. Standard methods used by the author, solving of scientific- practical tasks at work. Scientific and practical grounds of radioactive properties of construction on the design stage were built, taking into account the requirements of innovations in housing construction and the application of protective measures efficiency on regional level. Natural laws of diffusive processes in building materials in mass and heat transfer were induced. This is confirmed by the analysis of Fourier and Fick law. The method of radiation properties of buildings provision, which meets the requirements of ISO9000, as well as the innovative tendencies of housing construction, was developed. It can be applied at the design of houses stage
