Dissertation is devoted development of conceptual approach to the management an enterprise in transition one strategy of development to other with the use of major indexes of his work, here they are taken into account at the construction of model and optimization of choice of directions of their introduction. Theoretical approaches and methods are explored to determination of optimum capital structure, methodical and practical recommendations are developed in relation to realization of planning of optimum capital structure on an enterprise for providing of his competitiveness and development. The informative system of analysis and decision-making is developed on a management financially-economic activity of enterprise, which provides the choice of strategy of passing to the optimum capital of enterprise structure that allows to automotive the process of finding of optimum capital structure, and facilitates efficiency of the accepted decisions on the choice of the most acceptable model of optimization
