Ryzhenko I. Effective cement-fly ash drypack mixes for masonry mortars

The object of research is cement-fly ash dry pack mixes and mortars based on them with complex multifunctional modifiers of three types. The subject of research is the peculiarities of structure formation, reological and technological properties of mortar mixtures with admixtures of modifiers, mechanical properties of modified cement-fly ash masonry mortars. The mathematical methods of experiment planning, methods of rotary viscometry, plastometry, conductivity, contractometry, ultrasonic method, methods of existing standards for determination of performance properties of masonry mortars were applied in research. As result of the conducted researches numeral dependences of mortars properties on the composition factors have been obtained, optimum compositions of dry mixes in terms of technological and economic considering were suggested for masonry mixes of stone and block thin-coat laying.
