Karbovnyk L. Organizational and economic mechanism of management of development of municipal natural monopolies in Ukraine

Object: process of functioning and management financial-economic activity of municipal natural monopolies. Purpose: theoretical and methodological ground of directions of improvement of organizational-economic mechanism of management development of municipal natural monopolies and development of methodical recommendations on forming of criteria and mechanism of pricing on public utilities. Methods: monographic, statistical and comparative, structural and financial analysis, expert estimations. Results: the organizational-economic mechanism of current management and development of housing enterprises is first offered, the system of budget of enterprises of communal sector of economy is improved.
