Essay

An object is Process of coding and recovery of the data in telecommunication systems. The purpose - reduction of time of compression, recovery and transfer of the binary data for telecommunication systems. Methods - the theory of com-plex systems; the theory of the structural analysis; probabil-ity theory and mathematical statistics; the combinatory analysis and the statistical theory of connection; technical diagnostics, logic modeling and languages of the description of the equipment; programming languages. Results - are developed methods of data compression and recovery are developed on the basis of structural - cascade coding which is characterized by reduction of structural - combinatory redundancy.
