Object - work of the rectangular reinforced-concrete bending elements without prestress under the action of the alternating low-cycle loadings; the purpose - to set the influence of the alternating low-cycle loadings on durability and fracture strength of oblique sections of reinforced-concrete bending elements and improve the methods of their calculation taking into account the indicated influencing; methods - analysis of literary sources, experimental research of concrete elements and reinforced concrete beams specimens, theoretical research, methods of mathematical statistics at the analysis of research results; novelty - established that the alternating loadings of different level substantially influence on durability and fracture strength of oblique sections of reinforced-concrete bending elements; for the first time obtained new experimental data of durability, and also new information about deformability and fracture strength of oblique sections of reinforced-concrete bending elements under the action of the alternating low-cycle loadings; were improved the calculation methods of the oblique sections durability, the formation and opening widths of oblique crack of reinforced-concrete bending elements under the action of the alternating low-cycle loadings; branch - building
