Investigation object: methods of synthesis, chemical and physicochemical properties of the benzopyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidines and benzopyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole derivstives. Aim: investigation the methods of synthesis benzopyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidines and benzopyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole derivative within 2-iminocoumarin-3-carboxamide and they thioamide derivative utilization. Investigation properties of the obtained compound. Methods: synthesis, physical and physicochemical method of analyses of the organic compound, Microwave synthesis. The dissertation is devoted to the synthesis of the benzopyrane fused with pyrimidine and pyrazole moiety in position 2 and 3. In the paper the reaction of 2-iminocoumarine and it derivative with different nucleophils and electrophils which leading to 1,2,3,5-tetrahydrobenzopyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidines and 1,4-dihydrobenzopyrano[2,3-c]pyrazoles are described. Degree of application: medical chemistry, synthesis of biological active compounds.
