Chistyakova A. Criminal aspects of coercion to coordinated anticompetitor activity.

The dissertation focuses on the research of the efficacy of legal means for protection of economic competition against coordinated anti-competitor activity on the part of entrepreneurial entities in the field of competitor relations. In connection with it we analyse the current wording of Article 228KK which stipulates criminal liability for coercion to coordinated anti-competitor activity prohibited by the Law "On the protection of economic competition". In the research we make a differentiation between coercion to coordinated anti-competitor activity and similar offences and violations. In the research we take into account the experience of a number of foreign countries and offer modernization of legal protection of economic competition in terms of the content and concepts against coordinated anti-competitor activity on the part of entrepreneurial entities. We also take into account the interests of the offended by the encroachment upon economic competition, the offended party being the state, consumers and other entrepreneurial entities.
