Tumanova E. Development of investment activity in agrarian enterprises

Scientific positions are in-process systematized in area of investment activity. Essence of investments is specified as the difficult phenomenon, where investments are examined in a kind: to the economic category; economic resource; to the legal category; organizationally to the administrative category; capital resource which influences on a natural environment. The basic elements of investment activity, which include, are selected: financial means; material and technical and technological resources; innovations; political terms; natural and ecological terms; social factor; end-point of investment activity. The use of cluster approach is offered, and to ground the econometric models of influence of separate factors on investment activity in clusters. Approaches of determination of size are grounded, composition and structure of financial means for realization of investment projects which are based on the developed algorithm and econometric model. Creation of Regional Fund of financing of investments is offered in an agrarian sector with the purpose of search of investment resources for agrarian enterprises. Aims and tasks of this Fund are certain; sources of facilities and basic participants; formulated and grounded principles and functions of Fund.
