The object - individual learning activity of medical college students; the aim - revealing the effect of scientifically grounded didactic conditions of stimulating individual learning activity on its efficiency in the teaching process; the methods - theoretical, empiric, statistic; the novelty - the research is the first to analyse and experimentally check the didactic conditions of stimulating medical college students' individual activity ; the results - certain transformations were made and introduced into the content of lectures and practical classes, the teaching guide "Foundations of medical and biological physics" for students of higher medical colleges of the 1 and 2 levels of accreditation has been worked out
