Essay

Object: processes of management by adaptation of metallurgical enterprises in the conditions of changes of market environment. Object: theoretical, methodical bases and practical aspects of organization of management by effective adaptation of metallurgical enterprises. Methods: system as most adequate to the terms of study of the such difficult public phenomenon, how effective adaptation of metallurgical enterprises is in relation to the changes of market environment; statistical, economic, financial analysis; ekonomiko -matematicheskogo and imitation design. First: a case frame by effective adaptation of industrial enterprises is developed; methodical positions allowing to watch property potential and financial position of enterprise. Improved: structural-graphic case frame by production; standardization of metallurgical enterprise, which foresees classification of types of professional activity and estimation of professional activity of specialists; classification of methods and gradation of levels of management. Got further development: receptions of financial - economic analysis, based on prognostication of volume and cost of sales. Sphere of the use: industrial enterprises.
