Lavrova I. The Organizational and estimation of administrative activity by an enterprise

Research object: process of the organization of management at the enterprise of machine-building branch; the purpose of work: a substantiation of theoretical positions and methodical maintenance of the organization of administrative activity at the industrial enterprise, development of toolkit for an estimation of productivity of management of it; the method of research and the device: theoretical generalization, the analysis and synthesis, the system approach, methods of expert estimations, the cluster analysis, the statistical analysis, formalization, a graphic method; theoretical and practical results: іn work have been advanced: methodical recommendations of an estimation of productivity of the organization of administrative activity at the enterprise which considers a coordination between economic and social components, the methodical approach of the organization of managerial process by the enterprise on the basis of the account of cyclic of administrative business-processes according to sequence “motivation-planning-do-check-act”, the methodical approach on motivation of the administrative personnel involved in administrative business-processes, have received the further development: classification of administrative business-processes of the enterprise, set of principles of the organization and functioning of the process- oriented structure of operation of business, the list of criteria of an estimation of effectiveness of the organization of administrative activity at the enterprise; practical value of the obtained results consists in development and approbation of methodical maintenance of the organization of administrative activity of the enterprise with use of the process approach focused on needs of external and internal economic agents of the enterprise which allows to raise productivity of the organization of administrative activity; a object and level of introduction: the developments are put in practical activity of “DP “110 HARZ”, Open Company “The trading house Ukr-Lend”, the State enterprise “Zmievskoy remontniy energommehunicheskiy zavod”, “126 Kharkovskiy automobile remontniy zavod”; sphere of use: administrative activity of the machine-building enterprises, educational process.
