The object - automated control system of electrohydraulic casting cleaning; the purpose - qualitative indexes improvement of the electrohydraulic casting cleaning process; methods - methods of the stochastic systems theory, state-space method of the automatic control theory, methods of the robust systems analysis and synthesis theory, methods of the optimal systems theory; innovation - for the first time the method of coupled control of electrode movement is developed, developed method allows controlling electrode movement in 3-D workspace using 2 control actions; improved technological process model accounting process medium uncertainty and stochastic dependency is developed for robust- and optimal controllers synthesis; results - the development of the method based on right choice of the plant system coordinates for plant model internal couples removing is further considered; application - launched in the university educational program, dataware and software have been developed for the automated control system of electrohydraulic castings refinement from cores.
