Essay

Research object: mechanisms of ultrasound effects on skeletal muscle in experimental trauma. Purpose: to measure effects of ultrasound with intensity 0,2 W/cm2 and frequency 0,88 MHz. Methods: biochemical, biophysical, cytological. Scientific novelty: first performed complex in vivo investigation of all phases of inflammation in skeletal muscle trauma and effect of ultrasound on traumatic process. Research results: the regularities of traumatic inflammation progress in skeletal muscle were discovered, two modes of change of physiological parameters were explored (uniform temporal changes and undulating changes), the dependence of ultrasound effect on phase of inflammation were dicovered. Industry: biology.
