Essay

The subject of inquiry is depleted phosphate-glauconite concentrate of Novo-Amvrosivsk deposit that can be used as raw material for mineral fertilizers production.The work is devoted to substantiation of elaborated technical basis of ballast processing of phosphorous-containing raw material into mineral fertilizers; methods - modern research techniques of nitric acid decomposition multicomponent systems; complex of physical-chemical analysis techniques; theoretical and practical results - theoretically substantiated and experimentally proven the possibility of processing of phosphorous-containing raw material into mineral fertilizers; elaborated technological schemes of production of nitrogenous phosphoric fertilizer having increased parameters; determined technological parameters of nitric-acid extract injection into ammonium nitrate that allows creation of the product safe for storage and application; novelty - by thermodynamic calculations determined the content of reactions occurring at interaction of raw material and nitric acid, determined physical and chemical conditions of raw material nitric-acid decomposition, determined that decomposition occurs in diffused area and the kinetic model of the process is created; stage of application to production - optimization of phosphorous production technological parameters and improvement of their technologies; field of application - agrochemical and industrial complex of Ukraine.
