Object of researches: processes phase formation in a material ceramic welding at repair of glass-making furnaces. The purpose of dissertational work is development of perspective structures of a ceramic mix in system Al2O3 - ZrO2 - SiO2 - Al - Si for restoration AZS refractory bricks in process their services in layng. Methods of researches definition: complex of physical and cytmical methods of analysis; theoretical and practical results - . Novelty: on the basis of the thermodynamic analysis of reactions in system Al2O2-ZrO2 - SiO2 - Al - Si the coexistence of the following pairs phases is established: Al2O3 - Zr; SiO2 - Zr; Al6Si2O13 - ZrO2, that has enabled to present in more details area Al2O3 - ZrO2 - SiO2 - Al - Si in sistem Al - Si - Zr - O, the mechanism of formation ceramic welding which is based on mutual influence of products of reaction of oxidation Si and Al, diocsid zirconium, ocsid aluminium at formation AZS structures is established, is investigated kinetic homogenization of a ceramic mix, and optimum time of mixing - 40 minutes that has enabled to develop production schedules of process of manufacturing of a ceramic mix is established, is established, that parity Al:Si = 2:1 promotes proof burning of a mix. Results of work are introduced into enterprise of "NVP "MAK" ltd, and have passed tests for "PUSK " ltd (t. Ilichevsk); chemical industry.
