Dissertation is the devoted research of proc-esses of works of the system a “three-masses plate of vi-bration is an environment” in consideration of change and influence resilient and inertia properties of the sys-tem on efficiency of compression. Potential possibilities of the system are certain and conformities to the law of motion of highly emotional work of plate of vibration and percussion are set at the account resiliently and inertias of properties, adjusting which is provided by the use of hydraulic carrying out device.
