Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the study of oxidative-induced disoders in children and teenagers with arterial hypertension and to the creation of new directions for their correction including drugs with antioxidative properties to the schemes of therapy. Features of subjective symptoms and indexes of psychophysiological state and there dependence on type of daily profile of blood pressure and duration of disease. Enhanced levels of superoxide radical-anions and nitric oxide, іncreased levels of 8-oxyguanine and 8-hydroxy-2-deoxyguanosine, - markers of oxidative damage of DNA in organisms of all hypertensive patients were revealed. High level of desintegrating changes of intercellular matrix in blood vessels walls during hypertension in children and teenagers was revealed and their oxidative genesis was shown. New therapeutical scheme for hypertensive children and teenagers included antioxidative complex qudesan in combination with beta-blockers (nebilet) and/or ACE-inhibitors (enalapril) was proposed. Under influence of this therapy positive changes in subjective state and psychophysiological states and 24-hours blood pressure monitoring accompanied by improved oxidative homeostasis were detected
