Gromova K. The peculiarities of destructive pulmonary tuberculosis forming and methods of correction of nascent violations

The work is devoted to the questions of pathogenesis and improvement of the efficiency of the destructive pulmonary tuberculosis treatment. Object of research: first diagnosed infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis with destruction and without destruction. The purpose is to reveal the peculiarities of a destructive pulmonary tuberculosis formation and to increase efficiency of treatment by correction of arising violations. Methods: clinical, roentgenological, biochemical, immunological, morphological, statistical.. The increase of destructive and spread forms of pulmonary tuberculosis was observed in Donetsk region during 2000 - 2006. It is offered to review the lung tissue destruction because of local deposit of fibrin with subsequent melting of the fibrinous mass. These mass are arisen due to predominance of exudations component of inflammation on the background of depressed cellular immunity. It is shown, that fibrin mass are melted by neutrophilocytes proteases due to uncontrolled migration of leucocytes in zone of tuberculous inflammation. The positive effect of plant preparation for intensive phase of treatment of patients with the destructive pulmonary tuberculosis was shown. Area of application - phthysiology.
