In the dissertation the legal adjustment of changes of labour conditions of militia workers at present time was researched. The official-labour legal relationships of militia workers as a constituent part of the article of labour law were explored. Such questions as labour conditions of militia workers, the order of conducting their changes, the official transperense of militia workers, their displacements, the substantial change of labour conditions of militia workers were elucidated.
