Object of the study is planning system to financial and economic activity of the large machine-building enterprise. Objective of study is development of the theoretical positions and development methodical recommendation on introducing the adaptive planning to financial and economic activity of the enterprise. Methods of research are system and historian-functional approaches, benchmark analysis, system approach, economic and mathematical modelling and forecasting, adaptive forecasting and positions to concepts of the strategic thinking D. Dyornera. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical and methodical approaches on introducing the adaptive planning to financial and economic activity of the enterprise; methodical developments on increasing quality management processes and general efficiency to activity of the enterprise. Novelty is development, deepening theoretical and methodical approach to shaping the integrated systems of the forecasting, planning and early warning for the reason well-timed reaction on negative influences of the economic ambience.
