Object of the study is process of the shaping the association industrial enterprise in modern condition of the management. Objective of study is development theoretical basis and motivation organizing-economic mechanism of the association industrial enterprise. Methods of research are formal and dialectical logic, qualitative analysis and syntheses, system, structured-logical and economic analysis, management expenses enterprise, function-cost of the analysis, mathematical statistics, optimization.
