Essay

The object is enamel, blood and saliva in women during pregnancy and lactation; the aim to increasing effectiveness of prevention of dental caries in women during physiological current of pregnancy and lactation; the methods are clinical, experimental, biochemical, immunoenzyme and statistical methods; the new methods to prevent dental caries in women during pregnancy and lactation depending on individual caries resistant of enamel have been developed; all the developed methods of individual prevention methods on indicators of intensity of gain and reduction of dental caries, mineral metabolism of blood and saliva values, individual risk of occurrence of dental caries is proved; all this thesis has been introduced in practical activities of Dental Therapy departments, antenatal clinics and educational process of academy; the field is stomatology.
