Soltysiuk V. Substation of the mounted root-harvesters parameters

The parameters of the digging and cleaning operating element during interaction of their with the roots under the condition of their damages and clogging minimization are theoretically proved and experimentally specified. On the basis of the elaborated mathematical model of the root separation with the rotor cleaner, kinematics, constructive and technological parameters have been defined. The dynamic model of the function of the mounted root-harvesters with the the passive cleaning disc and active vibratory diggers' movement in the process of digging out the roots with the dynamic loading calculator has been developed. On the basis of theoretical and experimental investigations the rational, constructive, kinematic and technological parameters of the mounted root-harvesters with the expanded technological parameters have been proved. The regression equations of the damaging, loss of the roots and the ground separation level that are dependent on many factors have been deduced.
