Pola M. Clinical features, curse and treatment of stable stenocardia with the concomitant chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Object of research are heart and bronchopulmonary affection at patients with stable stenocardia and concomitant COPD. Purpose is upgrading diagnostics and efficiency of treatment of patients with stable stenocardia and concomitant COPD. Research methods: clinical, instrumental, statistical. Novelty - the features of intercommunication of the structure functional condition of heart and external breathing function were first determined; the role of violations of diffusive capacity of lungs was determined as a marker of ventilation violations at such patients; the method of differentiated administration of beta-blockers was devised; the method of liposomal administration at complex treatment at such patients was justified and results of treatment were assessed. It was implemented in practice of the Donetsk Regional Clinical Territorial Medical Association, Donetsk Regional Clinical Hospital of Professional Diseases, Institute of Emergency and Reconstructive Surgery n.a. V.K. Gusak AMS Ukraine, Educational-scientific-medical center "University clinic" of Donetsk National Medical University n.a. M. Gorki and also in a pedagogical process of Donetsk, Kharkov, Lugansk medical universities. Field of use is treatment and diagnostic process of therapeutic and cardiologic departments, pedagogical process of therapeutic chairs of medical educational institutions.
