Galushko I. Selectiv-genetic valuation of productive signs of Golshtyn breed cows of foreign selection.

Object: the subject of the investigation is the state of imported foreign breeding Holstein cows'polymorphous features and productiveness. The object of the investigation is to prove the reason of using Holstein cattle of different ecogenetipes in the conditions of the central-southern regions of Ukraine; to determine the peculiarities of the bodi-building and its connection to milc-productiveness; to make the analysis of the particular structure genes'polymorphy and biochemicfl comositioof the cows' milc; and to estimate the character of the соws'lactation curve and the possibility of ist prediction. The methods used in the investigation are molecular-genetic, ontogenetic, phenogenetic, Genetic-statistical, biokmetrical, mathematical-statistical, mathematical modeling, animal husbandry. The results are 1) for theory the results of the investigation have embroidered theoretical knowledges in the questions of imported foreing breeding Holstein cows'selective-genetic determination; 2) for practical experience the reason of using Holstein cows'of different ecogenotipes in the condition of central-southern regions of Ukraine has been proved. The field of usage is pedigree farms that are involved into breeding of the foreing selection Holstein cows.
