Investment activity of agricultural enterprises under the market conditions. Substantiation of theoretical and methodical principles of investment activity on agricultural enterprises under the conditions of land relations transformation and elaboration the practical ways of its activization. General and special (abstract logical, economic and statistic, calculation and constructional, expert, monographic) methods have been used in the process of research. The constituent parts of investment climate of agriculture have been systematized; the existence views are generalized and the author's own vision of the essence of such categories as "rotation of agricultural lands", "agricultural lands market" and "land investments" are given; the main tendencies of investment activity on agricultural enterprises are ascertained; the methods of investment alluring evaluation of agricultural enterprises are elaborated; the business plan structure of enterprise investment project is improved. Recommendations concerning activization of investment activity on agricultural enterprises have been elaborated and have been inculcated. The sphere of introduction is agricultural enterprises, organs of state regulation, educational establishments.
