Essay

The object of research is mechanical system of a single-roll toothed crusher. The research object is rising efficiency of agglomerate's crushing and improvement of a crushing process with the help of improvement of design parameters of a single-roll toothed crusher which secure generation conditions of breaking. Further development of conception regularity of rubbing speed changing of agglomerated cake on guiding line of inclined plane and on guiding line with a fracture is got. For the first time established corner frequency dependense of rotor rotating admission of agglomerated cake, amount, thickness and radius of teeth of asterisk, geometrical parameters of pie and rate of movement of pallets.For the first time proved possibility of serve of agglomerated cake on crushing more heated side upwards. For the first time got regressive dependence, determining minimum distance for gimbleting of agglomerated cake by more heated side upwards.A sphere of drawing on the results of work is an improvement of constructions of a single-roll toothed crushers.
