It has been done classification of the historiographical sources on theme. It has been determined the main factors which influenced on the development of the scientific knowledges. It has been carried out analysis of the elucidation of the hunger issue in USSR 1932-1933 years in modern ukrainian and russian historical literature on base of interdisciplinary approach. It has been researched formation of views on the problem of famine 1932-1933 years on the base of achievements of the modern Ukrainian and Russian historiography.
