Object - processes of management and providing of quality of service network resources in the multiservices telecommunication systems. The purpose - upgrading service in TCS on the basis of the concerted decision management of tasks by buffer, channel and informations resources (by a traffic). Methods are analytical, imitation methods of research, methods of model experiment, vehicle differentially equalizations, tensor numeration and analysis, theories of mass service, methods of optimization of the hierarchical multilevel systems. Results are development and improvement of models and method of management network resources in the telecommunication systems. Introduction - in the educational process of KNURE and two research works.
